How long does it take to get my website?
7 days for Bloom Starter, 10 days for Bloom Pro, and 15 days for Bloom Custom — from the day we receive your completed brief.
Do I need a developer to make changes after launch?
No. Every GoBloom site comes with full CMS access. Update text, images, and pages yourself in minutes.
What's included in the $39/month?
We handle DNS, SSL, analytics setup, and SEO basics. Your site launches with a built-in support desk so you can raise any requests directly — no phone calls, no chasing emails. We're also building new tools for subscribers: AI content creation, automated SEO improvements, and smarter site management. All included as they roll out.
What happens if I cancel the $39/month?
Your site goes offline. We'll give you a full export of your content and the built static files — you can host the site elsewhere, though you'd lose CMS editing access. You're never locked in to GoBloom specifically. That said, the $39/month is growing. We're building new tools for subscribers — AI content creation, automated SEO improvements, and smarter site management — all included at no extra cost.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You purchase and own your domain from any registrar. Once you update your domain's DNS settings to point to us, we handle all the configuration on our end — SSL, DNS records, and setup.
How is GoBloom different from Webflow or Squarespace?
GoBloom builds a fully custom site around your brand — not a template you're forced to work within. Our AI-human process produces sites that perform like custom builds at a fraction of the cost.
What if I want changes after launch?
You can make most changes yourself via the CMS. For structural changes or new sections, we'll quote separately — always transparently.
Is AI-written content actually included?
Yes. Every plan includes AI-generated copy written around your brief. You review and approve before launch — or edit it yourself anytime in the CMS.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Each plan includes a fixed number of revision rounds — 1 for Starter, 2 for Pro, 3 for Custom. That's your opportunity to consolidate your feedback and get the design where you need it. We work within those rounds; we don't offer unlimited revisions. Once your rounds are used and the design is approved, we build and launch.
Do I need to buy a domain name?
Yes — you purchase and own your domain from any registrar (Namecheap, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.). Once you point it to us, we handle all DNS configuration, SSL, and setup. The domain cost is yours to keep.
Do I need a Google account?
Yes. We ask for a Gmail address at onboarding so we can transfer ownership of your Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager accounts to you directly. These are yours — not locked inside a GoBloom account.
Do you design logos or branding?
No. GoBloom builds websites, not brand identities. If you have a logo, we'll use it. If not, we'll display your business name as text in the logo area. You can specify your brand colours in your brief, or we'll suggest a scheme from reference sites you share — which you can refine during your revision round.
